Service Description

What to expect when you visit Tibbiwell Alpacas: on arrival you will find our herd in their shelter waiting for you. They may still be having breakfast, but will be very curious to see their visitors. We will tell you about our herd, their names and individual characters and how they relate to one another. We will also tell you about alpacas generally and you will be able to ask any questions you may have. Then we will get halters onto the alpacas and match you up with your walking partner. We will give you a handling and safety demonstration. Then we set out into the village for a walk taking in the sights of our beautiful Cotswold village with your alpaca guide. We can tell you about the history of the village and some local tales and legends. On return to the farm you will be able to hand feed the alpacas with a little treat of something tasty. They are very tame and will eat from your hands. You can pet your alpaca, they love a neck scratch, and you will now be firm friends. We can take some photos for you as a memento of your visit. We are sure you will love your visit to meet our adorable herd.
